4.5.3 Amendment to an appeal case within the meaning of Article 13(2) RPBA 2020
Art. 13(2) RPBA 2020 provides that any amendment to a party's appeal case made after the expiry of a period specified by the board in a communication under R. 100(2) EPC or after notification of a summons to oral proceedings will, in principle, not be taken into account.
