Towards a New Normal

In the New Normal document we present the general orientations for adjusting the EPO's course for a post pandemic new normal, after discussion with our stakeholders. In the future, we will seek to profit from an increasingly digital environment, to create more flexibility and to foster collaboration.

Key aspects of this process will involve changes in our teleworking arrangements and how we use our buildings.
