3.6 EPC requirements
Although the search division must bear all the EPC requirements in mind, the ones it is most likely to have to deal with are: sufficiency of disclosure (see F‑III); clarity and support in the description, especially for the independent claims (see F‑IV, 4 and F-IV, 6); novelty (see G‑VI); and inventive step (see G‑VII).
