4.2 Examination of the request for grant form

The Receiving Section examines the request form to ensure that it contains the information listed in Rule 41(2), including the integral petition for grant (Rule 41(2)(a)). The applicant must be allowed to correct deficiencies in the request to the extent indicated in A‑III, 16.
