124The files relating to European patents with unitary effect are available for online inspection in the European Patent Register on the EPO website, in the UP All documents panel view under Unitary Patent. On request and subject to payment of a fee, copies of the files can be made available for inspection. This service is free of charge if requested via MyEPO Portfolio.
