When and for which European patents can a Unitary Patent be requested?

24A Unitary Patent may be requested for any European patent granted on or after the date of application of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012 and Regulation (EU) No 1260/2012. These regulations apply since 1 June 2023, i.e. the date of entry into force of the UPCA.
