IP management - value extraction and commercialisation

In collaboration with I3PM a dedicated presentation on IP valuation will be given as an introduction. Building on these insights and on the accompanying modules on this topic, the participants will then be assigned to two group case studies, one on an individual basis at base level and one as a group assignment on a more advanced level. The latter case study will require active participation and interaction among the participants and with the presenter and moderators of this course. The accompanying modules require self-study (approximately four hours).

At the end of the course the participants will present their solutions to the case study.

Certification is based on active participation and taking quizzes.
