4.2.10Prohibited matter 

4.2.038Your application must not contain statements or drawings that are contrary to ordre public or morality. Nor should it contain statements disparaging the products or processes of any third party, or the merits or validity of any third party's applications or patents. Mere comparisons with the prior art are not considered disparaging per se. Furthermore, no statements should be made which are obviously irrelevant or unnecessary under the circumstances.
