Does the EPO collect feedback on oral proceedings by VICO?

During the pilot project for the conduct of oral proceedings in opposition by VICO (carried out between 2020 and 2022), dedicated online feedback forms were provided to the parties, the division and interpreters. Their continuous feedback raised awareness of issues and led to improvements during the pilot phase and beyond. These feedback forms were discontinued in September 2023.

Users are still encouraged to provide feedback on oral proceedings by VICO using the general feedback form.
