Technical fault in online services (reference no. INC0299028)

We are currently experiencing issues with Due fee functionality (due procedural fees are not displayed) and automatic debiting (AAV) under the following online services:

  • Central Fee Payment 
  • My EPO (UI and API)

First identified on 05.03.2025, at 11:49 h. Our technicians are working to fix them as soon as possible.

Payments can still be submitted even if due fees are not displayed by using a different fee group.
