Article 3 Translation arrangements for the European patent with unitary effect
1.Without prejudice to Articles 4 and Articles 6 of this Regulation, where the specification of a European patent, which benefits from unitary effect has been published in accordance with Article 14(6) of the EPC, no further translations shall be required.
2.A request for unitary effect as referred to in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012 shall be submitted in the language of the proceedings.
