INFORMATION FROM THE EPO
Notice from the European Patent Office concerning new prices for the Official Journal and special editions of the Official Journal
1. The Official Journal of the European Patent Office gives information in the three official languages about events in the European Patent Organisation which concern the European patent system. This includes, in particular, Administrative Council decisions amending the EPC Implementing Regulations and Rules relating to Fees, presidential decisions relating to the grant procedure, EPO information about grant procedure practice, information concerning professional representatives before the EPO, Enlarged Board of Appeal decisions and selected decisions of the boards of appeal.
As from 1.1.2011, the Official Journal subscription price will change as follows:
The eleven monthly issues (January to December with double issue 8-9), including any supplements, will cost EUR 841 for the year.
2. The subscription no longer includes the special editions also published. These can be ordered at the time of publication, at their stated prices, from the Vienna sub-office or online at https://secure.epo.org/products/oj/index.en.php

EPO Board of Appeal Case Law
This is a review of the boards' case law during the previous year on both substantive patent law and procedural issues. It supplements the book entitled "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office".
Case Law from the Contracting States to the EPC
(previously known as European National Patent Decisions Report - edition 2004)
This publication gives users of the European patent system valuable insight into national case law on substantive patent law issues. Arranged thematically, it reports on interesting decisions by national courts in EPO member states.
Ancillary Regulations to the European Patent Convention
This two-yearly publication is a collection of presidential decisions and EPO notices of special importance for patent practitioners, together with selected Administrative Council decisions and other relevant texts. It is an important tool for anyone working with the European patent grant procedure.
European Patent Judges' Symposium
Every other year, this symposium brings European patent judges together to discuss new developments in European patent law and the latest decisions taken by courts and patent offices. This special edition contains the symposium papers and a report on the proceedings.
