Oral proceedings by videoconference in case G 1/21 before the Enlarged Board of Appeal – online registration open to the public
The EPO's Enlarged Board of Appeal has scheduled public oral proceedings in case G 1/21 for 28 May 2021. Members of the media and the public will be able to livestream the proceedings online.
The Enlarged Board of Appeal has summoned the parties in case G 1/21 to oral proceedings, which will take place on 28 May 2021 at 9.00 hrs via Zoom. The language of the proceedings is English.
In the light of the current restrictions on public attendance at oral proceedings due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Enlarged Board of Appeal has decided to livestream the proceedings to enable members of the public to observe them online.
