EPO Mailbox in proceedings before the Enlarged Board of Appeal
As of 1 February 2025, users of the Mailbox will be able to receive a wider range of EPO documents electronically.
The extended service will also cover the documents relating to proceedings before the Enlarged Board of Appeal (see Notice of the President of the Boards of Appeal dated 9 January 2025 concerning the extension of electronic notification via the EPO Mailbox to proceedings before the Enlarged Board of Appeal, OJ EPO 2025, A11).
