What happens with the comments users provide with a thumbs down, or when there is a thumbs up?
Positive feedback (“thumbs up”) examples are included in the pre-defined evaluation sets of question-answer pairs that we run to check the quality of new releases.
Negative feedback (“thumbs down”) is used to identify errors like incorrect language or unresolved acronyms. We also track problematic cases to see if they improve over time.
