Why don’t I see all users in MyEPO? Why are some company members missing?
As a company administrator, the Company members screen in the Admin area will show you only those users whose EPO account has been linked to your MyEPO company.
If you cannot see a user, it could be because that user's account has not yet been linked to your company in MyEPO – or is linked to a different company.
