Technical fault in MyEPO technical interface API (reference no. CS24923) – detected and resolved
On 05.03.2025 between 09:03 and 10:45 we were experiencing technical problems with the business-to-business technical API interface- the download of communications failed. The user portal in MyEPO was not affected.
