Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 9 February 2024 concerning the web-based online service MyEPO Portfolio and electronic notification to the Mailbox in proceedings related to European patents with unitary effect
The President of the European Patent Office, having regard to Rules 3 and 20 of the Rules relating to Unitary Patent Protection (UPR), and to Articles 10(2)(a), 119 and 128 as well as Rules 2, 127, 145 and 147 EPC, has decided as follows:
Article 1
MyEPO Portfolio services for European patents with unitary effect
In so far as they are relevant to the European Patent Office in carrying out the administrative tasks entrusted to it under Article 9 of the Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012, all services offered in MyEPO Portfolio as well as electronic notification to the Mailbox apply to proceedings related to European patents with unitary effect.1

Entry into force
This decision enters into force on 1 April 2024.
