Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 25 January 2024 revising the Office's fees and expenses
Article 1
Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Rules relating to Fees, the amount of the administrative fees provided for in the Implementing Regulations and the fees and expenses for any services rendered by the European Patent Office other than those specified in Article 2 of the Rules relating to Fees shall be revised as shown in the following extract from the schedule of fees. The extract from the fees schedule shall form part of this decision.
Article 2
The fees and expenses as revised in accordance with Article 1 shall be binding on payments made on or after 1 April 2024.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2024.
