New fee rates
The Industrial Property Division, Department of Economic Development of Monaco has informed us that by Sovereign Order No. 9.794 of 1 March 20231 some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 April 2023 the following rates apply:
