Are communications automatically deleted after a specific period of time?

Communications are not automatically deleted from the inbox or other folders. The Deleted folder empties automatically after 28 days in the MyEPO Mailbox. For the legacy Mailbox, the Deleted folder empties at time intervals set under Administration, Mailbox. Later you will be able to set these time intervals in the Admin area of MyEPO Portfolio.
