I need a certified copy of a European patent application, European patent certificate or Unitary Patent certificate. How do I get one?

First select the application for which you need a certified copy. Then, under Actions, select Request certified copies. 

For more than one certified copy or express delivery, select Other and upload a document setting out your request.
