Are members of the public attending VICO oral proceedings free to join only part of the proceedings, or are they required to be continually present?

Members of the public may attend part of a VICO. When entering or leaving the VICO they should make every effort not to disrupt the oral proceedings. If they are not present at the beginning of the proceedings, they will be admitted at the latest during a break.
