Which documents do I have to provide?
- Signed request for entry on the list of professional representatives before the EPO. You can file your request for entry on the list via MyEPO. This is the simplest and easiest way to register your request (online signing). For how to use MyEPO, see the feature guides, in particular MyEPO feature guide - managing representative profiles and associations, in the Getting started section of this page.
- Certified copy of a valid passport or identity card (not a driving licence)
- Proof of current place of business/employment
- Copy of European qualifying examination (EQE) result letter
- Where applicable, copy of the summons to oral proceedings
- Where applicable, nationality exemption request with appropriate proof
- Only for re-entry and where applicable, proof of payment of outstanding epi annual subscriptions
