Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 20 February 2019 revising the Officeꞌs fees and expenses – OJ EPO 2019, A14 (republication)
Article 1
Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Rules relating to Fees, the amount of the administrative fees provided for in the Implementing Regulations and the fees and expenses for any services rendered by the European Patent Office other than those specified in Article 2 of the Rules relating to Fees shall be revised as shown in the following extract from the schedule of fees. The extract from the fees schedule shall form part of this decision1.
Article 2
The fees and expenses as revised in accordance with Article 1 shall be binding on payments made on or after 1 April 2019.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2019.
