New fee rates
By Order No. 176/2012 of 31 May 20121 some patent fees of the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Portugal are advised that from 11 June 2012 the following rates apply:
1. Filing of European patent applications with INPI:
Transmittal fee: EUR 10.14 if filed online, EUR 20.28 if filed on paper.
2. Renewal fees:
