New national fee rates in euros
By the State Fees Act, passed on 22 April 20101, Estonia is introducing the euro as its sole currency with effect from 1 January 2011. The Estonian Patent Office has now informed us of its new patent fees in that currency.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Estonia should note that from 1 January 2011 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: EUR 31.95
2. Publication or correction of translations of European patent specifications under Article 65 EPC: EUR 44.73
Surcharge for extending the time limit for filing the translation: EUR 31.95

5. Conversion of European patent applications into national utility model applications:
Filing fee: EUR 102.25
6. Fee for registering a transfer, licence and other rights: EUR 31.95
