Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 28 August 2007 concerning the publication of a revised version of the Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes
The President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to Articles 5(2) and 8(2) of the Rules relating to Fees,
Having regard to the Convention on the grant of European Patents as last revised by the Act revising the EPC of 29 November 2000 (EPC 2000)1,
Having regard to the Decision of the Administrative Council of 7 December 2006 amending the Implementing Regulations to the European Patent Convention 20002,
Having regard to the Decision of the Administrative Council of 7 December 2006 amending the Rules relating to Fees3,
has decided as follows:
1. The Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes are herewith revised in the texts annexed to this decision4.
2. This revised version shall enter into force upon the entry into force of the revised text of the Convention in accordance with Article 8 of the Revision Act5 and of the amended Rules relating to Fees and supersedes the version of the Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes dated 16 December 2004 (Supplement No. 2 to OJ EPO No. 1/2005). It shall apply to all payments by debit order with an effective date of payment on or after the date of its entry into force.
