International exhibitions
INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITIONS AS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 55 EPC
1. The following list enumerates, for purposes of the application of Article 55(1)(b) EPC, those international exhibitions falling within the terms of the Convention on international exhibitions signed at Paris on 22 November 1928 and last revised on 30 November 1972 which have been registered so far by the International Exhibition Bureau for the period 1992-1993.

2. The disclosure of an invention at one of these exhibitions by the applicant or his legal predecessor is not prejudicial to a European patent application if it occurred no earlier than six months preceding the filing of the application and provided the applicant states, when filing the application, that the invention has been so displayed and submits, within four months of the filing of the application, the certificate of exhibition referred to in Rule 23 EPC.
