IP strategy evolution: High-growth technology business forum
The EPO supports entrepreneurs, decision makers and investors in technology driven enterprises. Throughout the year, numerous online activities are organised to support strategic decision making, based on case studies and best practice in IP management. Some examples are available at epo.org/business-forum.
Using real-life cases, business experts present and discuss success stories and the challenges that they have had to overcome. They delve into the role and importance of IP assets, with a special emphasis on licensing, building to sell, growth financing and open innovation. The next forum will focus the IP strategy evolution. The case studies provide practical key takeaways, especially for business decision makers, on how to advance their business with IP assets as key value drivers.
These activities are developed in collaboration with the LESI and the High-growth Technology Business (HTB) initiative.

Live case study description
Robust and evolving IP strategies are the foundation of deep-tech success. This forum explores the pivotal role of IP in Rimac's journey from its startup phase and through explosive growth to its current consolidation as an industry leader. Tailored for business decision-makers and deep-tech founders, the session offers valuable insights into the strategic IP decisions that have fuelled Rimac's rise.
Branimir Puškarić, Rimac's IP Manager, will share firsthand experiences of developing, adapting and executing an IP strategy that aligns with evolving business goals. A distinguished panel of business and IP experts will discuss key lessons from the challenges Rimac has overcome at each stage. The discussion will provide business leaders with actionable takeaways on leveraging IP to drive innovation, secure competitive advantages and scale their enterprises successfully.
