Is the agreement of all the parties required in order to hold oral proceedings by VICO?

According to the decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 22 November 2022 (OJ 2022, A103), oral proceedings before opposition divisions are to be held by videoconference. The agreement of all the parties to hold oral proceedings in opposition by VICO is not required.
