Why don’t I see all users in MyEPO Portfolio? Why are some company members missing?

As a company administrator, the Company members screen in the Admin area will show you only those users whose EPO account has been linked to your MyEPO Portfolio company.

If you cannot see a user, it could be because that user's account has not yet been linked to your company in MyEPO Portfolio – or is linked to a different company.
