7.7.1. Actions against decisions of the UPP Division

Actions against decisions of the UPP Division may be brought before the UPC (Rule 23 UPR; Section 6 RoP UPC).

If the UPP Division rejects a request for unitary effect, an expedited action to reverse the decision may be lodged with the UPC's Registry (Rule 97 RoP UPC). This procedure does not include the possibility of interlocutory revision by the EPO (Rule 85(2) RoP UPC).
