7.6.2. Content of the Register for unitary patent protection

The Register for unitary patent protection contains all the entries that are expressly but not exhaustively listed in Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012, in particular the fact that unitary effect has been registered and the date of that registration, as well as any limitation, licence, transfer, revocation or lapse of a European patent with unitary effect. It also contains the particulars referred to in Rule 16 UPR for European patents for which unitary effect is requested.
