Patent information
The EPO regularly asks users for feedback on its patent information products and services.
To do this, we use a wide range of methods, including online questionnaires, online consultation seminars, online polls, telephone interviews and focus groups.
Our user groups are very varied and include patent searchers, inventors, patent lawyers, IP departments, IP consultants, technology transfer offices, universities, research institutes, statisticians, business analysts and innovation officers.
The feedback we collect helps us to improve our products and services so that we can better meet our users' business needs.
