Online Services

The EPO regularly asks users for feedback on its online services.

We use a range of methods, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, telephone surveys and online questionnaires, to canvas our user groups - for example, European patent attorneys located in various member states across Europe - for their views. 

The feedback we collect helps us to improve our existing products and services and to develop new ones to meet their business needs.
