New legal status codes for the extended legal events

As previously announced, the DOCDB database will include records of earlier filed applications. 

From week 30/2008 (or 31/2008) these records will also be incorporated in the extended legal events file. 

New PRS codes have been devised in the extended legal events files to accommodate the following events:

EPC 2000

  • EP_PFA Previously filed application

Additional events

  • PPD Preceding publication date
  • CIF Date of coming into force (DE utility models)
