Description
The weekly file contains all EP-A and EP-B documents accessible on the Publication Server on Wednesday at 14:00 pm
14.12 includes complete documents, i.e. all the data available in the EP laid-open applications such as bibliographic data, full text and drawings
Back-file data is available in XML format and contains EP-A documents from 1992 -2007 and EP-B documents from 2006 - 2007. The EPO is currently working on a project to make all EP publications available in XML
Please note that, according to article 158(1) EPC the European patent applications (EP-A documents) filed via the PCT route are published by WIPO in one of the official language of the EPO are therefore not republished by the EPO. For this reason, they are not included in this product

Back-file: EP-A documents in the XML format date back to 1992.
The EP-B documents in the XML format are available from 2006 onwards
