New fee rates
The National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI) has informed us that by Order of 6 March 2020 on the procedural fees of the INPI the amounts of the renewal fees have been changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in France are advised that from 1 April 2020 the rates below apply.
