Use of the prescribed request for grant form, available in or the software provided by the EPO for EPO's online electronic filing tools (see A‑II, 1.2.2) or downloadable free of charge from the EPO website (epo.org), best provides "the indication that a patent is sought" as referred to in A‑II, 4.1(a) (see also A‑III, 4).
