(3) 24The President of the Office shall determine the formats referred to in Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2, and may specify the conditions under which a document referred to in Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2, is deemed to have been filed online in character-coded format.

(4) 25Fee levels which relate to the use of a means of electronic communication or a format referred to in Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2, shall not apply until a date set by the President of the Office.
